This will be very similar to the successful "3″ blend produced by Veritas Vineyards, King Family Vineyards and Pollak Vineyards. Back in March, I wrote about the upcoming jointly released wine from 8 Chains North , Hiddencroft Vineyards , and Tarara called Three2One.
In the article I mentioned that the wine was a 50-50 blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Tannat. Ben Renshaw, from 8 Chains North, wrote in to tell me it is actually a blend of about 78% Cabernet Sauvignon and 22% Tannat.
