One of my best meals in Buenos Aires was at HG Restaurant in chic Hollywood. The eatery is part of the boutique Fierro Hotel, and I enjoyed a tasting lunch with hotel manager Martin Rosberg and his brother Andrés who does double duty as sommelier and president of Argentina sommeliers' association.
